Glaston to close first FC1000 machinery deal to the United States

Glaston Corporation has closed a deal worth approximately EUR 3.4 million with U.S based Cardinal Glass Industries for tempering machines FC500™ and double chamber FC1000™.

The order is booked in Glaston’s Q4 2014 order book.  The machines are delivered during the first and third quarter in 2015. “This deal is a continuation of our fruitful collaboration, which from the beginning has been based on technological leadership, ensuring the uncompromised quality of the final product.The Glaston FC1000 ™ flat tempering line, presented at the Glasstec Fair in October, represents the most advanced technology and is the right solution for the customer who supplies glass for demanding façade solutions as well as large quantities of low-emissivity insulated window units,” says Arto Metsänen, Glaston Corporation’s President & CEO.
