Sika Corporation Names William E. Loven To Extended Group Management of the Sika Group

Sika Corporation has named William E. Loven to the Extended Group Management of the Sika Group. Mr. Loven is Senior Vice President of Sika Corporation's Industry Division and responsible for Industry operations throughout the U.S.A. With this latest promotion, Loven, in addition to his current responsibilities, will act in an advisory function to the worldwide group management team of the Sika Group.
Since joining Sika in 2000, Loven has reorganized the division and grown the business considerably. He has been instrumental in bringing new technologies into the company's product range fulfilling the objective to make Sika a full range supplier for its defined market fields. At the same time, he has streamlined the business and markedly improved the flow-through of EBIT.
Prior to taking his position at Sika, Loven spent five years at ITW Plexus where he was General Manager. During that period he established Plexus as the leading brand of structural adhesive used in the composites and boat building industries. Loven began his career with seventeen years at Henkel where he was involved with various positions in Sales, Marketing, and Technical Service for hot melt adhesives, as well as, cyanoacrylate and anaerobic adhesives.
