Legacy Auto Glass Selects eDirectGlass to Provide Claims Management System

AMJ Logistics, Inc. announced today an agreement to provide the Internet-based eDirectGlass Claims Manager, Total Shop Management and Mobile automotive glass claims platform for Legacy Auto Glass nationwide repair and replacement operations and their Spokane, WA based call center.

"With the integration of eDirectGlass in our operations, we can immediately remove certain frictional costs and processes and replace them with the best practices and efficiencies that eDirectGlass provides," said David Nibarger, President and CEO of Legacy Auto Glass. "These new efficiencies will allow us to expand our claims handling capabilities and directly service our customers more effectively without interruption to our internal business practices."

"eDirectGlass is building trusted partnerships in this marketplace. This is another example of the strength of our application platform and how it benefits small to medium third-party administrators in this industry," said Gary Hart, Chief Operating Officer for AMJ Logistics, Inc. "We look forward to providing Legacy Auto Glass with the best claims management technology and practices enabling them grow and expand their presence in the automotive glass repair and replacement marketplace."

Legacy Auto Glass and their customers can now administrate automotive glass claims with the automated claims processes found in the eDirectGlass family of products. From customer policy information to direct invoicing, eDirectGlass will remove the need for the double entry, faxing and mailing of information that is typically a costly distraction in the automotive glass claims process. For Legacy Auto Glass, the result of adopting eDirectGlass will be the ability to add new business without having to add capacity, therefore positively impacting the bottom-line.

The eDirectGlass family of products provides unprecedented ease-of-use, flexibility, and functionality. With eDirectGlass, Legacy Auto Glass will leverage all resources of their business including client-specific data, parts procurement, billing and compliance information in a one-stop, no hassle platform.
