For.El.: Vitrum 2003 Report

At Vitrum2003, For.El. S.p.a. once again confirmed its leadership in the production of processing machines for standard glass panes and the double-glazing industry.

The 1500 square metre display area combined tradition with innovation and exhibited the originality that has always distinguished the For.El enterprise. The stand greatly attracted the attention of the public: it reproduced a typically friendly and relaxed Venetian ambience with a gondola and bar, and hostesses dressed like gondoliers. As always, the For.el. personnel welcomed guests with typical Venetian warmth and hospitality.

Although Vitrum 2003 registered less visitors than in the past, those that turned up were extremely qualified.

In any case the For.El. stand was always a beehive of activity for the entire duration of the fair with consolidated customers, potential customers and sector experts coming and going non-stop in order to see the novelties that For.El. presented at close range.

There were over 50 collaborators representing For.El. Points throughout the world, an effort that testifies For.El’s constant commitment to its corporate philosophy of supplying service tailored to suit the customer’s specific needs and that has made the company renowned and appreciated worldwide.
For.El. also presented the best solution for “arrissing”, the result of in-depth research carried out by the company’s R&D department: Art.EG2200-EG2250 automatic vertical glass arrissing machine. This machine applies an exclusive system with springs to remove all the sharp edges of the glass pane in order to prevent breakage and guarantee safer handling. It is a well known fact that micro-cracks are generated along the edges of a glass pane during cutting, which could compromise the integrity of the pane over time and during subsequent processing stages.

The automatic arrissing machine is very speedy (low processing time), compact ( notwithstanding the fact that it includes a washing unit), and flexible (also processes shaped panes). It also offers a highly precise definition of the pane’s margin and excellently responds to the needs of the double-glazing and tempering sectors.

For.El’s amazing automatic arrissing machine (Art. EG2200-EG2250) has already fully convinced everyone, and this year as always For.El. has proved to be a step ahead everyone else with utterly benchmark proposals.

Other latest-generation innovations include the automatic sealing machine for offset structural double-glazed panes, the new manual butyling machine equipped with a highly precise dosing system, and other updates that For.El. constantly makes to its entire range of products, which are the result of constant research that focuses on the effective requirements of our customers.
For.El. S.p.a. wishes to thank everyone who participated in Vitrum2003, and reminds you to visit www.forelspa.com in order to get to know For.El. and each For.El. machine in full detail.
