On the 8^th of May 2012 Glaston informed that it had started legal proceedings against Luoyang North Glass Technologies Co., Ltd (“North Glass”) regarding patent infringement case.  Respectively on the 15^th of May 2012 Glaston informed that the same type of proceedings had been started against Luoyang Land Glass Technologies Co., Ltd. (“Land Glass”).

The Suzhou Court in China has registered both cases and the defendants have been served with the legal documents.

While the cases are under legal proceedings Glaston shall not comment on the cases but will in due course inform about the court’s decision.
