Visteon Names Jean Montlaur Global Director Of Interior Product Management

 Visteon Corporation (NYSE: VC) has appointed Jean de Villardi de Montlaur global director of Interior Product Management. Montlaur will be responsible for managing the company's interior product line worldwide. He will report to John Kill, Visteon's vice president of Product Development and will be based in Harnes, France.
"Jean's wealth of experience with global automotive manufacturers, automotive suppliers and the supply chain will be invaluable to our commercial and technological efforts for our Interiors group," said Kill. "Jean's appointment in Europe further demonstrates our ongoing commitment to this critical region and to enhancing our global capability."
Montlaur will lead product development and product line business strategy and operations for Visteon's Interior group. He will use those capabilities to leverage Visteon's global capability to commercialize new and emerging technology, direct investment in technology and manufacturing, forge necessary alliance partnerships and improve value chain management.
Montlaur comes to Visteon from Rolling Cost, a multi-national software development company, where he served as the president and managing director. During his career he has held numerous positions in program management, sales and marketing, purchasing, business strategy and operations. Throughout his career Montlaur has contributed to strategic business development, product portfolio development and manufacturing management for major global companies including Delphi, Valeo and Meritor Automotive Systems.
Montlaur holds an engineering degree from Ecole Centrale de Paris, a master's degree in applied mathematics from Universite Paris VII and an MBA from Institut Français de Gestion in Paris, France.
