AGI subsidiaries liquidated
|
Johannesburg - The South Gauteng High Court in Johannesburg has granted provisional liquidation orders in respect of various subsidiaries of AG Industries [JSE:AGI] troubled manufacturer and wholesaler of glass and aluminium products.
These subsidiaries contain the majority of the trading assets and liabilities of AGI and are the employers of AGI's staff.
