S&P revises Asahi Glass rating outlook to negative

Standard & Poor's Corp (S&P) said Thursday it has revised the outlook on the long-term corporate credit rating on Asahi Glass Co, one of the world's largest flat-glass makers, to negative from stable.
S&P blamed the revision on concerns over Asahi Glass's ability to improve its financial profile to a level adequate for the company's current rating category
