Andy McDowell, Pilkington, said “Our partnership with SWC Trade Frames will benefit from their association with the most recognised low e glass brand in the UK and help more consumers save energy and money off their fuel bills. In addition we’re pleased to be working with that such a forward thinking window fabricator”

Pilkington K Glass™ is the UK’s best selling and most recognised low e glass brand. It helps to achieve improved Window Energy Ratings in the greatest available range of profiles. Pilkington K Glass™ OW is an improved form of Pilkington K Glass™, when combined with Pilkington Optiwhite™ it can achieve a Window Energy Rating of A or B; exceeding current and future government legislation and providing the optimum in thermal insulation.

SWC Trade Frames has been supplying and fabricating glazing since 1989 and has gained accreditation from the Energy Saving Trust’s Energy Saving Recommended scheme for its A rated windows. SWC Trade Frames now reaps the rewards of having the Energy Saving Trust’s logo on its products. The logo clearly highlights to homeowners that these products will save both energy and money.
