SentryGlas® Secure For Safer Buildings

 New DuPont SentryGlas® Secure is the tool architects need to design the next generation of laminated glass applications to meet today's stringent security standards.
Secure technology is based on the ability of DuPont SentryGlas® Plus ionoplast interlayer to bond well to a range of materials besides glass. This means that it can be engineered to bond to a metal window frame, thereby becoming an integral, hardworking element of an overall very secure and strong glazing system.
Weidlinger Associates Consulting Engineers of New York has worked for many of the world's governments to develop anti-terrorist architectural structures. The U.S. Department of State recently collaborated with Weidlinger and DuPont to develop a window system incorporating SentryGlas® Plus that resists the force of bomb blasts. The window system has been adopted for all U.S. embassies both new facilities and those being retrofitted.
