The servo takeout can be installed or retro-fitted to double gob IS machines with 5”, 5 1/2” and 6¼” centres; or on triple gob IS machines with 4¼” centres.Conventional variables can be used.
The servo invert is a retrofit unit that can be installed without additional machining. Existing neck ring holders and blow mould hinges can still be used, and the same unit can be used for all sizes of IS machine. The servo blank mould closing mechanism is installed instead of the standard blank mould bracket without additional machining of the box and for all machine sizes.
The blow mould closing mechanism replaces the pneumatic drive with a motor spindle with the existing lever mechanism. The pusher is a new high performance component driven by three servo motors.
HEYE’s process control system now has better database functionality through using an industrial PC. HEYE’s information system (HIS) with some new features will also be on show.
