When complete, the tower will use nearly 450,000 square feet of Guardian's Super Neutral 63, a coated product that offers high natural light transmission while substantially reducing energy costs. The combination of Super Neutral 63 and specially designed fritting brings both function and beauty to the building.

Guardian has supplied its high-performance products to major construction projects throughout London's Canary Wharf complex. Once a receiving dock for imports from the Canary Islands, the complex consists of some 6 million square feet of retail and office space, with an additional 7 million square feet under construction. Organizations such as HSBC, Clifford Chance, Lehman Brothers and the Mc-Graw Hill Companies, will locate major offices in Canary Wharf.

Guardian Industries Corp. recently announced, that its operations are supplying high-performance coated glass for the 700-foot tower that will serve as headquarters for banking and financial services giant HSBC Holdings plc.
