Goldray today announced it has received a letter of intent for an order that will be the largest single customer order in Goldray's history.

This order will be produced during the first half of 2002, for delivery in the second quarter.

This order involves $2.9 million of decorative glass including over 200,000 square feet of decorative, energy conserving, high performance glass designed to provide a distinctive look to the exterior of a new research facility in Boston. To ensure the timely completion of the sealed unit component of the order Goldray will be investing $220 thousand dollars in new plant equipment.

The receipt of this order will increase the firm orders for delivery over the next three quarters to approximately $7.5 million. According to Greg Saroka, the President and CEO of Goldray; "The current order book provides an excellent starting point for our 2002 growth plans. The receipt of this letter of intent confirms our progress towards being the dominant player in the architectural decorative glass market."

Goldray is a manufacturer of unique architectural decorative glass products. Product range covers all aspects of flat glass decorating and fabrication. Graphic reproduction capabilities and proprietary glass decorating processes have distinguished the company within this growing industry niche.
