Work by a Mid Wales artist has attracted the attention of the Japanese - and will now go on show in a joint Japanese/British art exhibition in London next week.
As well as having her work on show, Anne Collins, a glass artist, will also be interviewed and have her work filmed by a Japanese TV company for an arts programme.
She was invited to take part in the exhibition by Kazumi Morita, East-West Artists and Culture Club (EWACC) chairman, after he had seen her work on her website and liked it.
Anne said: “This is the most amazing opportunity for me. Not only will I be exhibiting at my first major London exhibition, but there will be future opportunities for showing my work in Paris and Japan.”
