The book was written by leading Czech experts on the topic of glass defects. After great success of the Czech version, Glass Service acquired publishing rights and is now pleased to announce that the English version of Glass Defects is available for the international glass community.
The book is concerned with defects that infringe upon the basic characteristic of glass as homogenous material with non-crystalline structure. For this reason it deals with crystalline inclusions – stones, cords, layers, and gaseous inhomogeneities – bubbles.
