"The exhibition is expected to serve as a moment to introduce glass arts to the general public in South Korea were glass arts are at its incipient stage," Kim Hyo-Jung, director of Gallery Sklo said about the event.

Kim said that the Korean artists are trying to expand the realm of glass arts from craft and small objects into various applications of glass sculptures.

Through this exhibition, the gallery audience will have a chance to view expanded space installation arts of more progressive glass works by these artists in the nation, Kim added.
