Artist Sandra Fettingis brought her designs and ordinary glass windscreens to life with Alice® direct-to-glass printing.

Each of the five stations along the University of Colorado A Line between the airport and Union Station incorporated common elements while unique colors provide an individual identity to each station.

They make the stations instantly recognizable, create a welcoming factor for visitors arriving from the airport, and bring color to the otherwise bleak landscape.

The digital printing technology also made it possible to control the ink placement and opacity so that the required 75% transparency for public safety was easily met.
