China's top glass maker for cars, Fuyao Group Glass Industries, says it plans to buy over a German automobile service company for over 1 million euros to better serve its major European clients.
Fuyao says it will acquire a 100 percent stake in SCHE-35 Ver-wal-tungs-ge-sell-schaft from its parent, and rename it Fuyao Europe GmbH.
Fuyao also says it plans to set up a joint venture in central China's Hubei Province, with overseas firm, Meanland Limited.
