In 2004, the company learned that support for their existing software application would soon end. As a result SIGCO researched many vendors and identified the FeneVision GLASS ERP solution as their best option. The SIGCO management states: "It is powerful, flexible and scalable “out of the box.” Requirements not part of the system were added on‐time at the quoted cost. After only five days of training, we were able to setup and configure our customers, shipping routes, pricing, inventory and products. We went live just six months later in May 2005.



We’ve doubled sales in the last four years. FeneVision has helped us improve productivity. We have access to information we previously couldn’t even have dreamed about. The graphic user interface made it easy for our employees to learn. We were able to double the business again, without any issues



More importantly, customers see the difference. On-time and complete deliveries are up. We are able to give order status information at any time without making people wait for a call back. Each morning we proactively notify any customers about their goods on the truck.



Even better than the software however is the support; It is no exaggeration to say that the support that we receive from Fenetech is world‐class..In short, we are very happy with the products and the people. We continue to invest further into the relationship and the products.
