You and your two brothers share executive duties at Ajay. That's a lot of face time with close relatives — how do you make it work?
We are a very close-knit family, and while we do collaborate on most decisions, we have very clearly defined responsibilities within the company. We also know what decisions need to be made jointly and which ones can be handled individually without the others' input.
