When it comes to reconciling career and family, SCHOTT ranks among the top companies in Germany. In fact, the company was among the fifteen finalists in the category "Large Corporations" (more than 500 employees) in the corporate competition "Success Factor Family" held by the Federal Ministry for the Family.

Major companies like BASF, Henkel or IBM also made it to this round. Participation has really paid off for SCHOTT, as well. After all, one main objective of the competition was to present exemplary models and initiatives on how to reconcile family life with one's job to the public and encourage others to do the same.
