Students from Anhalt University have been experimenting with glass as part of their practical project.
They created some inspirational glass objects using the float glass provided by Euroglas.
The practical project of the architecture course took place during the period from October to December 2017.
The students were given the task of familiarising with the material and its properties. In order to get a better insight, they were given the opportunity to tour our facility in Haldensleben.
The challenge was then to design a specific object. They were given the choice between cladding, a sculpture or a lamp.
It was then all about practical implementation, and you can assess from the following pictures how and whether they succeeded in doing this. We think that the objects are very good, and are a perfect example of the versatility of glass.
