Entegris English-language DeviceCare Web site has had over one million units ordered online since its launch in July 2000. With similar features, the Japanese version will allow customers to browse the Entegris catalog of test, assembly and packaging products, with access to regional inventory.
In addition to the semiconductor industry, Entegris provides materials integrity management products and services for the data storage, life sciences and fuel cell markets.
