During the last quarter of 2004, an ultra-modern Lisec automatic glass-cutting table, a second Lisec double glazing line equipped with the latest edge deletion facility and an upgrade of sealing robot and a Schiatti double-edger and four-holed drilling station were installed and commissioned and now running at full swing. The company's force convection furnace is recognized as the largest tempering furnace in the world.
The company commissioned the three new state-of-the-art machinery and the force convection furnace at a total cost of AED16 million.

EmiCool's durable, transparent metallic coatings are applied directly to float glass substrates using Leybold's Magnetic Sputter Vacuum Deposit (MSVD) technology.
