Emirates Glass Dresses Up New Etisalat Tower in Dubai With 10,000 SQ Metres of High Performance Glass

Emirates Glass, a Dubai Investments subsidiary and leading suppliers of premium architectural high performance glass products, has secured a prestigious order to supply 10,000 square meters of its EmicoolSun NN35 Green glass for the Emirates Telecommunications Corporation - Etisalat Tower project in Dubai.The elegant boat-shaped tower, located at the Dubai Trade Centre Roundabout, will use this type of glass for all the curtain-wall and window glazing. 'Time and again Emirates Glass has been able to successfully secure prestigious orders on the back of the dependable high quality of our products.

The EmicoolSun NN35 Green, chosen for the Etisalat Tower project, will add considerably to the attractive appearance of the design,' said Mr. Jerry Dowling, General Manager, Emirates Glass.

Emirates Glass, will complete the supply for Etisalat Tower project during this summer. Besides the Etisalat order, the company has won orders totaling 134,000m2 so far this year for its various architectural glass products.

The company's EmiCoolSun NN Series glass has been developed as a range of Low-E coatings which have a neutral silver appearance when applied onto clear and tinted float glass substrates. The EmiCoolSun range of four coating options provides a multifunctional capability with good solar resistance and excellent thermal insulation, allowing generous transmission of light with low internal reflection and an appearance of clear or tinted glass when viewed from inside the building.
