Beside the Federal Association of Glazier Trades (BIV) and the Federal Association of the Glass Industry (BV Glass), the Forum Glass Technology of the VDMA is the conceptual supporting organization of this Fair.
The Glasstec is the worldwide most important fair focused on production and processing of glass and takes place every two years on the area of the Düsseldorf Fair. The event in Seoul as well as the event in Tokio has been well attended with more than 40 representatives of the press and the glass industry.
On the righthand side, the picture shows Mr. Joachim Schäfer, Managing Director of the Düsseldorf Fair GmbH with a team of the representation in Korea and on the lefthand side Mr. Egbert Wenninger, Managing Director of EME Maschinenfabrik Clasen GmbH.
