The newly developed convection system increases the efficiency at small effort. The system registered to the patent was installed in 6 plants in the meantime where it proves itself excellently.

Hardening Low E glass definitely is without problems possible.

EEE Jetstream Convection® makes it possible, to reach a higher quality at excellent flatness. Increases in productivity are possible up to 20% depending of the glass type.

The innovative EEE solution Jetstream Blowers reduces the production costs by a strongly increased air exchange. The efficiency of the system can be increased up to 20% since the air preheating is dropped and no additional compressor is required.

The air consumption can be reduced to only approx. 10m³/h and m² occupying area in the furnace chamber.
The maintenance of the system is minimized since no mobile parts are in the hot air system, no hot air lines are necessary and there is no quality loss by low scaling.

The needed air pressure can be reduced to under 1 bar. Additional compressor and filter system aren't necessary.

A better flatness is reached than demanded by the European Standards EN 12150 (Fully Tempered Glass) and EN 1863 (Heat Strengtened Glass).
