A business administration graduate, he has not only worked in German industrial companies but also spent three years in North America, at VW Canada, a Ford subsidiary and at a silencer manufacturer. In our company Hans Eberspcher took charge of controlling and has been a member of the Board of Directors since 1974 together with Dr. Gnter Baumann (and also jointly with Mr. Helmut Eberspcher up till 1989).
Mr. Eberspcher is to be succeeded on the Board of Directors by his son-in-law Martin Peters. Mr. Peters has also become a partner within the company. A business administration graduate with experience as a bank manager, he is also due to take over as head of Finances.
The reason for this is the retirement of Dr. Albrecht Unger at the end of the year. Dr. Unger has spent almost his entire working life, over 40 years, at Eberspcher. He also worked time in Controlling and as the head of Materials Management in the Construction Division. In 1979 he took on responsibility for Finances and has been a member of the Board of Directors for many years.
Eberspcher: Change at the general management
On reaching the age of 68 the director and managing partner Mr. Hans Eberspcher is retiring. He has been at the head of the com-pany since 1965.
