DuPont recently acquired the remaining 49 percent interest in DuPont Turkey from Uzunyol Holding a leading manufacturer and trader of industrial paint and packaging products in Turkey.
On behalf of DuPont Turkey, Peter Pardoel, integration team leader, welcomed new employees at a celebration held at the DuPont site in Dilovasi. He was joined by Michel Bladt, director, Eastern Central Europe/Middle East & Africa; Jean-Luc Duramy, director, Turkey/Middle East; Sebnem Ersin, human resources specialist, DuPont Turkey; and Ismet and Feridun Uzunyol, current directors of Turkey operations.
The group answered questions and introduced the history, core values, and growth strategy of DuPont to our new colleagues in Turkey.
"This acquisition fits well into our growth strategy in Turkey, as this market presents significant opportunities for DuPont," said Jean-Luc.
