DuPont today announced major new responsibilities for two of its senior leaders, effective April 15: Diane H. Gulyas, group vice president – DuPont Electronic & Communication Technologies, will become Chief Marketing & Sales Officer.

Craig G. Naylor, group vice president – Asia Pacific, will add responsibility for DuPont Electronic & Communication Technologies.

"Diane will be fully dedicated to strengthening our Marketing & Sales competency as a key contributor to sustainable growth," said DuPont Chairman and CEO Charles O. Holliday, Jr. "She will be responsible for leading the competency to world-class status by driving an intense focus on customer needs, leveraging the scale and scope of DuPont across priority markets, and forging a strong linkage with our R&D organization to ensure that research priorities are aligned with market needs."

"By adding Electronic & Communication Technologies to Craig's responsibilities, we will be able to accelerate our speed to market for new product applications and more rapidly capture growth opportunities in Asia Pacific – the emergence point for electronic technology applications globally," Holliday said.

Gulyas will report to Senior Vice President John C. Hodgson, who will add DuPont Sourcing & Logistics to his responsibilities, which also include Marketing & Sales, Branding & Marketing Communications, Information Technology, and Six Sigma.
