Net income for the six months ended June 30, 2004 decreased by $2.5 million, or 86.2%, to $0.4 million from $2.9 million of net income for the six months ended June 30, 2003. Net income for the second quarter ended June 30, 2004 decreased by $1.8 million, or 81.8% to $0.4 million as compared to $2.2 million for the second quarter of 2003. EBITDA for the six months ended June 30, 2004 decreased by $2.2 million, or 22.7%, to $7.5 million from $9.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2003. EBITDA for the second quarter of 2004 decreased by $.2 million, or 3.7%, to $5.2 million from $5.4 million for the second quarter of 2003.
