SAN CLEMENTE, Calif., June 30, 2009- Diamon-Fusion International, Inc. (DFI Nanotechnology), global developer and exclusive licensor of patented hydrophobic nanotechnologies, announced today the signing of a license agreement in Canada with King’s Glass Ltd. to further expand its North American distribution.

The agreement provides distribution of DFI’s NanoPax™ product throughout the Provinces of Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and Northern Canadian Territories in automotive (car and light trucks) dealerships. This western region of Canada provides a diverse and stable economic outlook for the expansion of DFI’s patented technology with key metropolitan areas in Edmonton (AB) and Vancouver (BC).

King` s Glass, a 25-year privately-held Canadian company, specializes in glass replacement for motor vehicles, particularly passenger cars and recreational vehicles (RV’s), heavy equipment, rail cars. King’s Glass also supplies and installs commercial and residential glass products including replacement glass for windows, doors, new showers enclosures, mirrors, table tops with focus on service and quality.

“We are happy to partner up with DFI to distribute its high quality Diamon-Fusion® nano-coating to car dealerships across Western Canada; the improved vision and overall safety feature while driving during adverse weather conditions makes the Diamon-Fusion® coating a ‘must add’ for a relatively nominal amount in a new, or even used, car; in my view, no car should be driven without the protection of such a great and necessary product”, said Charles King, President of King’s Glass Ltd.

Guillermo Seta, Executive Director of DFI Global Operations, stated, “This new partnership offers a wide and much needed expansion into Western Canada as we continue to develop the Canadian market as one of DFI’s strategic regions; we are pleased to sign this agreement with King’s Glass that will allow us to further penetrate the transportation market segment in a significant way.”

DFI Nanotechnology multi-functional characteristics include: water and oil repellency (hydrophobic and oleophobic,), impact and scratch resistance, protection against graffiti, dirt and stains, finger print protection, UV stability, additional electrical insulation, protection against calcium and sodium deposits and increased brilliance and lubricity. DFI’s nanocoating works at nanoscale levels to change the molecular composition of any silica-based surface. Diamon-Fusion® provides, in chemical terms, a ‘cross-linked’, ‘branched’ and ‘capped’ optically clear nano-film along with a strong and durable covalent bond.
