Deceuninck Group announces it has entered into a joint-venture (50/50) with So Easy Holding BVBA with respect to the “So Easy” aluminum window systems of So Easy System Sp.z.o.o., a designer and manufacturer of innovative aluminum window systems active in Eastern Europe. So Easy System Sp.z.o.o. realizes an annual turnover of € 12 million euro and operates a state of the art production facility in Poland.
