Last week, DuPont Electronic Technologies and Merrimac announced that DuPont purchased a 16.6 percent equity interest in Merrimac for a purchase price of approximately USD 5.3 million. The companies also agreed to work together to better understand the dynamics of the markets for high-frequency electronic components and modules.

Merrimac Industries, Inc. has announced the appointment of DuPont Vice President and General Manager of DuPont Electronic Technologies Dave Miller to its board of directors.
