On the 20th of May, Dave Edwards, Factory Manager of our Knottingley site, was interviewed by Elizabeth Watson of the BBC Radio 5's "On the Money" Programme to discuss the question, "When the economy is flat how do you achieve growth?"Dave indicates our plans for innovation and investment including the new G15 production line to increase the output of our feeder colour line to meet the future demands of our customers and those of emerging markets.These include eastern nations such as Korea and China's recent discovery and love of whisky which is continuing to grow.
We have also identified the premium section of the industry as an area of opportunity to develop into focusing on extremely clear glass for stunning packaging.
