Los Angeles-based C.R. Laurence Co. Inc. (CRL) has announced its acquisition of Denver-based Master Manufacturers Inc., a manufacturer of architectural hardware. “We are proud to have the team at Master Manufacturers join the CRL family of companies,” says Donald E.

Master Manufacturers has been a well regarded family-owned and operated company for over 60 years. We believe the products and existing customer base will make a good fit for CRL. At the same time, the acquisition will enable us to offer our clients worldwide a new range of high quality products.”
Master Manufacturers has supplied the industry with such products as architectural hardware, door and window hardware, thresholds, kick plates, strike plates and specialty signs.
