Comenza supplies 4500 metres of GlassFit SV-1301 railing system for the residential building Sea Senses in Torrevieja, Spain.

The determined strategy of Comenza to develop and design exclusive railing systems which are safe and easy to install is recognized again. This time it happens thanks to the supply of 4500 meters of GlassFit SV-1301 for one of the most important and largest residential buildings constructed in Spain in the last years.

We are speaking about the exclusive Sea Senses residential buildings. These modern and new buildings (mainly holydays apartments) have been built on the beachfront in the heart of the Torrevieja coast (Alicante) brilliantly transforming the architecture of the zone.

Chamizo Arquitectos are the architects that designed the complex. It has a modern design that reminds of a swell where the exterior is the main focus of the interior spaces. It was of a vital importance to have balconies allowing the maximum of the natural light to come in without obstacles for environment views.

These requirements have been achieved thanks to the GlassFit SV-1301 glass railing system which was also subjected to rigorous physical tests in order to ensure absolute compliance of the residential property to the CTE rules.

The main challenge for the GlassFit SV-1301 railings installation was effectively solved by the installers involved in this project. They have installed the GlassFit SV-1301 system in a polygonal way adjusting the railing to the curved shape of the balconies.

Along the entire process Comenza´s technical office advised the installers calculating and recommending the anchoring, wind force, etc. giving thus the guarantee of observation of the CTE rules.
