Under his guidance several important changes took place, like the creation of a new corporate structure and the build-up and strengthening of our international presence.
On January 1st, 2005, Mr. Christoph Tobler will take over as CEO. Previously he was head of the Industry Division in the Sika Group. He has been a member of the Board of Directors of the Sefar Holding since 1995 which made him very familiar with our company. This also provides him with an excellent background to continue the company's successful course and to develop it further. In order to prepare for his task, Mr. Tobler has already joined Sefar at the beginning of August.
As a world leader in providing screens and filter media for screen printing and filtration applications, the Sefar Group is developing, producing and marketing synthetic precision meshes.

At the end of 2004 there will be a change in the CEO position of the Sefar Group. After 13 years in office Dr. Fritz Schaer will step down as CEO, remaining available for special tasks afterwards.
