At Vitrum: Booth B23 – C16 Hall 14/1The CEFLA Finishing Group – GLASS DIVISION – presents its program called Glass Coating Technology: a complete and versatile product line suitably designed to offer the best application techniques for the glass surface coating.

To carry out the industrial frosting and colouring of glass, CEFLA Finishing proposes simple and fast processes for the application of ceramic enamels and organic paints to ensure a high grade of finish at low operating costs. • Roller application by means of roller coaters whose distinctive features are simplicity and efficiency: the machines work with one or two application heads featured with electronic roller drive control. The Laser engraved roller technology (patented) allows the users to apply high quantities of paint with optimum flow and uniform distribution.

• Application by means of curtain coaters to obtain top grade finish effects. The advantages are: reduced investment costs and no product waste.

• Application by sprayers which are the result of the experience acquired over the years by CEFLA Group which today is worldwide leading specialist in the field of spraying systems for wooden and plastic products. Today, the spraying application technology is increasingly used; the most important advantages are top quality application with great covering effect, high flexibility of use and in particular a very quick and easy colour change.

• The in-line Glass Ovens complete the Glass Coating Technology program: these ovens are ultra-fast drying systems using a special technology combining hot air ventilation with IR lamps (infrared) or, alternatively, gas fed catalytic plates; the working temperature varies between 80°C and 200°C. The extreme flexibility of this oven ensures the quickest and most effective dying of any kind of enamels (with glass to be tempered) or organic paints (glass already tempered or not to be tempered).
