A cross-functional leadership programme for Automotive managers is to be rolled out globally following a successful pilot held in the UK in June. The programme is designed to give management teams the necessary skills to motivate and manage employees in a challenging and changing environment.
It is aimed at plant managers, group leaders, and functional managers with close links to the Automotive business line.
Spread over two days, the programme covers:
* Change management;
* Understanding of employee motivation and engagement techniques;
* Tools and techniques for appropriate communication in complex and sensitive situations and
* Automotive business case planning, and Each delegate must also complete "homework" after returning to their workplace.
