The board of directors of Asahi India Glass recommended the interim dividend of 65%, or Rs 0.65 a share, declared in the board meeting held on Mar. 17, 2007, as final dividend for the financial year 2006-07.
The above decision was taken in the board meeting held on May 28, 2007.
The board further declared a dividend of 0.01%, on 6,00,000 non-cumulative preference shares of Rs 100 each for financial year 2006-07.
