Appointment Two Vice-Chairmen International Automotive Glass Federation

International Automotive Glass Federation appointed two vice-chairmen: Hisashi Ebina and Philip J. James. The  election took place during the General Meeting of the Federation, held at NGA’s 2008 National Auto Glass Conference in US – Tucson, AZ, earlier this week.  Mr.

Ebina is president of the Japan Auto Glass Union J.A.G.U.; Mr. James is president / CEO of the National  Glass Association NGA in the United States. 



“My two new colleagues bring a lot of knowledge and experience within the Federation”, says chairman Freddy  Sørensen. “And last but not least their huge networks will help us in further developing our group. I am really  looking forward on the co-operation with them”  International Automotive Glass Federation started at the end of 2007. It concentrates especially on technical  standards and codes, training programmes and health and safety issues. The activities will also be visible in  national and international competitions for autoglass technicians or fitters.
