Anchor Glass Container Corp. said Monday that it hired Mark Burgess as executive vice president of finance and chief financial officer beginning May 2.
Burgess, 46, formerly served as executive vice president of finance and CFO at waste-management firm Clean Harbors Inc.
Peter Reno, who was named interim CFO after Darrin Campbell became president and chief operating officer last August, will assume the role of vice president and interim operating committee chairman.
Meanwhile, Anchor Glass is continuing its search for a new chief executive officer after Campbell, who later was promoted to CEO, resigned from the company last month.
