Anchor Glass Container Corporation (NASDAQ:AGCC) today announced it has completed the sale of its closed Dayville, CT facility to Dayville Property Development LLC, a real estate development company.
The company has received net proceeds from the sale of $5.5 million in cash.
The 985,000 square foot Dayville facility produced glass containers and was closed by the company in April 1997 as part of a cost reduction program.
