AFG has announced management changes at the company's Jerry Run, W.Va., and Cinnaminson, N.J., float glass plants. The changes are in response to the retirement of Jim Mills, former plant manager of the company's Jerry Run plant.

Replacing Mills as plant manager at the Jerry Run facility will be Shaun Banner.

Formerly the plant manager for AFG's Cinnaminson operation, Banner is a graduate of Lincoln Memorial University with a degree in business administration. He has more than 24 years of experience in a variety of manufacturing supervisory roles at both AFG's Cinnaminson and Greenland, Tenn., plants. Banner is active in community organizations such as United Way.

He and his wife, Lisa, will relocate to the Bridgeport, W.Va., area.

Replacing Banner as plant manager at the Cinnaminson operation will be Frank Donaghy. A graduate of Trenton State College/College of New Jersey with a degree in industrial engineering, Donaghy served most recently as the production manager at the Cinnaminson plant. He has 11 years of experience at the New Jersey float facility in a variety of plant staff positions. AFG Glass is headquartered in Kingsport.
