This model has become very appreciated during the years and it’s now one of the most used by the Northern Europe main producers of laminated glass for the heavy building industry.
From the first model produced up to now, the machine can seem the same at first sight, but we have made a lot of improvements instead, always keeping the machine’s “heart” untouched. This is a perfect example of our philosophy: having solid foundations we prefer small but incessant improvements than huge and drastic changes. Just one example: when this model has been launched for the first time it could process up to 30 mm while now the maximum workable glass thickness is 55 mm. Always in this perspective, the one in our booth will also be equipped with:
- touch-screen panel with which it is possible for instance to set and save all the different types of processing, manage the machine’s maintenance and check the tools wear.
- parallelograms device in order to aid the operator when in need to process inclined glasses by maintaining them in the correct position.
- pneumatic clutches both on the inlet and outlet conveyors to make the glasses load/unload easier.
- washing machine OT 300 on the outlet conveyor for the achieving of a complete cleaning and drying of the processed edges of the glass sheets. This one will be motorized and so able to automatically position itself according to the glass thickness set on the machine.

"I want to build machines"
To underline and "visualize" these concepts we have chosen to use three glass spheres (green as our company colour) with three different sizes. From the smallest to the biggest one, these spheres symbolize the three decades of our company life: from the tiny workshop where Adelio Lattuada, who dealt with technical assistance at that time, during the evening mounted his first machines to a factory which covers an area of more than 3.000 sm.
