In this position, Voss will be responsible for leading repair centers in the continuous improvement of customer satisfaction, performance excellence, revenue growth, estimate and repair quality, and cycle-time enhancement.
Before joining ABRA, Voss was the Regional Director for the southwest territory of Sterling Autobody Centers from 2002-2007. Prior to that he was the owner of a passenger transportation business in Salt Lake City. “I’ve been aware of the ABRA organization for years,” stated Voss, “and was thrilled when the opportunity to join their team became available. More than anything, I have always admired the leadership at ABRA, and the business philosophy they bring to the auto body repair industry. ABRA-Utah consists of three repair centers in the Salt Lake City metro. According to Scott Krohn, Senior Vice President of Operations for ABRA, “The experience Doug brings to Team-Utah will assist all of our current and future repair centers to continually improve their processes and procedures. Doug will also take a very active role in insurance relations, program compliance, and cycle-time improvement. We look forward to the experience he brings to our company.”
Voss, his wife, and two sons live in the Salt Lake City area. He received his degrees in Public Relations and Business from Eastern Oregon State College.
ABRA-Utah Appoints Voss as District Manager
