IGMS only offers machinery from the most popular manufacturers worldwide: Bystronic/Lenhardt, Bystronic and Lisec. This guarantees our customers the highest possible levels of quality, technology, and reliability. Only these manufacturers guarantee that spare parts for their machinery will be available for many years after the initial launch. As a matter of course, all machines’ functionality is tested prior to their shipment.
IGMS stands for “Insulating Glass Machinery Systems“ – we offer a complete service from starting with a concept and through ending with to a perfectly working machine. With nearly 20 years of professional experience IGMS CEO Matthias Sinzinger is the ideal partner in terms of know-how and personally carries out the on-site installation of the machine.

Know-how & serviceIGMS offers you two types of service: our all-inclusive delivery service supports you during purchase and installation of the desired machine, while our after sales service provides security following successful installation.
Our “all-inclusive” delivery service at a glance
1. Creating a concept (adapting the machine to the requirements of the intended processapplication with respect to size and type of insulating glass). We know exactly what you do and do not need.
2. All machines are delivered with a suitablethe appropriate IGMS Quality Certificate Grade I – V.
3. Upon customer request, a complete refurbishment of the machines with a 3 month warranty* is possible.
4. Transport packaging – right up to seaworthy packaging (airtight sealed packages in individually built wooden crates).
5. Organizsing and planning the transport of containers by sea, as well as overland transport by truck (or by low-loader for over-sized consignments).
6. Machine installation by specialists on-site.
7. Installing machines as well as handing them over in proper working order.

As we have over 2,000 spare parts in stock and with the support of our
global delivery partner FedEx, rushurgent orders can normally be delivered within 48 hours and, if ordered before 10.00 a.m., within 24 hours.
