“A further confirmation of the important role played at worldwide level is right here in front of you”. These are the hearty words pronounced by the Chief Executive Officer of For.El. S.p.A., Mr Fortunato Vianello, on the day after the end of the event. Indeed, the factors and the numbers strengthening this statement are numerous and sensational: 1200 visitors a day from all over the world, more than 1000 m² of exhibiting area, 25 m² of mega screen projecting 9 demonstrations a day on real time, 28 exhibited machines.

For.El. exhibiting area has been intensely and qualitatively visited throughout the whole trade fair period both by customers coming from mature markets and by customers from developing markets such as the Middle East, Eastern Europe, South America, China and South-eastern Asia.

“The majority of visitors had precise ideas on what they needed. This enabled us to assist them in a targeted and functional way”, declared Mr Stefano Salvian, the company’s Chief Business and Operative Officer. “We had the chance to hold extremely concrete conversations with our present customers and we received lots of new orders. At the same time, we noted a great interest for our products mainly by new customers. Thanks to this great reaction, we think we will considerably increase our sales in the following months”, confirmed Mr Sergio Cosano, the company’s Sales Manager.

The countless visitors’ attention was masterfully focused on the application and the highly technological characteristics of the “made in For.El.” products. The exhibited product range, fully manufactured in the new headquarter, equipped with the most modern and reliable processing and research equipments, highlighted once again the recognition by the world market of the company’s leading role in the glass-processing machine manufacturing.

  • The cutting line for stratified glass panes is more and more on demand due to its high performance, its precision and its high technological contents. The most appreciated characteristics are the stretch quality of PVB film, the precision in the pane orthogonality, the highly functional optimization and the automation level that enable the autonomous production management of 800-1000 m² within 8 hours performed by a single worker.

  • As far as the insulating glass is concerned, For.El. presented a Super Spacer® automatic line, which is fully autonomous in the application of the warm-edge spacer and in the gas filling system. It is equipped with sensors controlling the filling level and with a complete hot-melt sealer for processing on Super Spacer® TriSealTM.

  • All the visitors had the chance to appreciate the line for structural glass walls, used in the building industry, as it is extremely versatile in the framework of offset possibilities (up to 100 mm). It is equipped with gas filling and structural automatic sealing systems and it can perform the final sealing of double glazing panes with single or double hollow space and it can seal offset double glazing panes.

A further confirmation of the company’s product range development is the creation of For.El. Software, which is the result of the company’s cooperation with Optima, a worldwide known company dealing with the creation of tailor-made software systems for operators belonging to the glass-making sector.

The development of solutions capable of improving the competitiveness of our customers as to their competitors, as well as the creation of tailor-made machines and immediate technical assistance on site through For.El. Service were admired by all those people who visited For-El. exhibiting area. Furthermore, they had the chance to appreciate the company’s highly innovative potential.
