Mir Stekla 2008: 396 exhibitors from 24 countries
Mir Stekla’2008, the 10th International Exhibition for Glass Products, Manufacturing, Processing and Finishing Technology, ran successfully at Expocentre Fairgrounds on June 9–12, 2008. The organizers of this major glass industry event are Expocentre and the Russian Union of Architects. The exhibition was held under the auspices of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, with the assistance of the Moscow City Government and in cooperation with the Russian Union of Glass Companies. more »

A practical approach to glass processing
New high performance low E coatings open up new opportunities to increase architectural applications of glass. However, glass processors need to pay attention to a number of issues in order to produce the quality expected by their clients. Consequently, while coatings keep developing and glass becomes an increasingly visible element in our environment, the proper handling of glass during its various processing stages becomes more important than ever. All in Glass
Co-organized by Messe Düsseldorf China Ltd. and China Foreign Trade Centre, China International Exhibition for Glass Technology (All in glass for short) will be debuted from Nov.21 to 24, 2007, at Chinese Export Commodities Fair Pazhou Complex, Guangzhou, P.R.China. It is estimated that about 250 exhibitors are expected to participate in this debuting event and present their products and technologies over an exhibition area of 12,000 square meters. The 19th China International Glass Industrial Technical Exhibition (China Glass 2008) is held at the China International Exhibition Center on April 10-13, 2008. The exhibition has 736 exhibitors, coming from 21 countries, including China, Germany, Italy, the US, Belgium, the UK, France, Finland, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Sweden, Czech, Austria, Australia, Israel, Jordan, Japan, Korea, India, Indonesia and Singapore, among them there are 248 foreign exhibitors. Germany, Italy, the US and Belgium organized their state exhibition groups to participate in this event. The exhibition area reaches 53,000 square meters and more than 30,000 professional visitors are expected to come to the show from the world over. more »
